Piano Teacher in the Carolina Foothills, Tryon
WHERE MUSIC MATTERS
Having just relocated to the Carolina Foothills (August, 2024) I am now connecting with new communities, learning where I might find my new venues and ways to contribute with my music. A piano teacher, I will give lessons in student's homes in Landrum, Tryon and Columbus and Campobello. And I will offer piano lessons and guitar lessons in my home studio in Landrum.
As Performer, I will find new settings where music transforms the moment.
Back in Colorado, I was Music Director for Two Rivers Unitarian Universalist on
Sunday Mornings (TwoRiversUU.org) from 2011 through July, 2024.
I entertain seniors in Assisted Living, Memory Care and Nursing Homes.
I "Keep the Tradition Alive" all over New Jersey, every March with my St. Patrick's Day Tour.
I do private parties, concerts, restaurants, and play at country clubs for
special Holiday Season Events, and even Valentine's Day.
Also, in summertime, I used to perform top shelf campfire music for Sunset Dinners on Snowmass Mountain.
THE "AS WE SHARE" COLLABORATIVE VIDEO PROJECT
How do we love and work together in these divisive times?
I believe this experiential project can help.
Imagine singing in unity about our shared human values with someone who has an opposing political perspective.
This song I wrote, and the video project is designed to create bridges through trust and compassion.
